About Us

Randy and Kenneth offer a vast array of experience and expertise to serve your commercial real estate needs.

Randy graduated from the University of North Carolina, with a degree in Economics, then went to work for Merrill Lynch, where he spent 8 years as a retail account executive. After that, ten years at Bear Stearns and Company earned Randy the title of Limited Partner when Bear Stearns went public, leading Randy to run an Atlanta office of Prudential Bache for 2 years.  In 1992, Randy purchased a manufacturing company, which he took from $2 Million per year in sales to $20 Million per year in sales when he sold the company. Randy worked as a consultant for 2 years focusing on 2 large corporate restructuring projects.

Randy moved to Topsail Island in 2005 and began practicing commercial real estate brokerage focusing on the Southeastern North Carolina region.   His emphasis has been on tenant rep work, medical office buildings and NNN buyers/sellers. In his tenant rep work Randy represents a major grocery group, an auto parts company, several fast foods companies, a medical office developer and a convenience store chain. Throughout the years represented many buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants with a wide range commercial real estate and has consistently been amongst the top commercial agents for RE/MAX in North Carolina.

Kenneth Fisher grew up in Wilmington, NC and graduated from Appalachian State University in 2004 with degrees in Business Management and Marketing.  At a young age he began working in construction and home improvement, which gave him knowledge and interest in real estate.  In 2005 Kenneth began selling real estate, focusing primarily on residential brokerage, but participating in several relatively simple commercial transactions here and there.  As the son of a farmer and a teacher, a solid work ethic has always been high on Kenneth's value list, and has allowed him to be successful through good times and bad.  In 2015 Kenneth teamed up with Randy to gain more experience and expertise in the commercial side of the real estate industry.  Since then, Kenneth has been involved with site selection and tenant procurement for grocery anchored shopping center development, retail tenant and landlord representation, industrial buyer and seller representation, as well as working in the medical, office, and raw land segments of commercial real estate.

Together, Randy and Kenneth offer practical and technical expertise, strong connections and solid work ethics, and the skills and resources to deliver positive results to clients.  They welcome the opportunity to discuss yor commercial real estate needs with you.
