Kenneth Fisher - Broker / REALTOR / Marketing Specialist 

Kenneth has been helping people buy and sell houses since 2005, and has been involved in the housing industry since the late 90's, working in construction and home improvements.  He received a degree from Appalachian State University with concentrations in marketing and business management.  Building upon his passion for real estate as a broker in his hometown, Kenneth constantly explores new ideas, technologies, and better ways to do serve clients.  Kenneth is a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and is on the Board of Directors for WARM, the Wilmington Area Rebuilding Ministry. In his spare time he enjoys living the coastal lifestyle and spending time with family and friends.

Loran Johnson - Broker / REALTOR / Short Sale Specialist / Auctioneer

Loran received his real estate license in 1986 and has been involved in many aspects of the real estate business over the years. He holds a degree from The University of North Carolina with a major in political science and economics. He has over 20 years experience in the mortgage banking business and in addition to serving the needs of clients, has bought and sold numerous properties of his own.  Loran has an NC auctioneers license and has been a specialist in successfully completing short sale transactions since 2006.  Wilmington is Loran's hometown and he enjoys spending spare time on his family's farm in Rocky Point.
